Appointment-only, but same-day openings are common — as long as your appointment starts at least two hours from when you call.
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 48 hours of the scheduled time are charged 50% of the services booked. Deposits are non-refundable.

Book online with a card on file, then fill out your appointment form and waiver through GlossGenius. Consultations are only required for color corrections and extension installs.
We ask that little ones only come along if they're receiving a service — but if you need to bring your child, just give us a heads-up so we can prepare. We love our moms and want to support you however we reasonably can.
Tell us within 7 days and we'll get you in for an adjustment. We don't offer refunds on rendered services, but we absolutely stand behind making it right.
Card, cash, or tap-to-pay. Gratuity isn't included in service prices — 15–20% is standard, and every tip is genuinely appreciated.
